1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("Client") and Pretty Place Beauty Co. ("the Salon," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any related services, including booking salon appointments.
2. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
We value your time and the time of our stylists. When booking an appointment, we reserve a dedicated time slot exclusively for you.
- Cancellations:We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to alter your service or reschedule entirely to respect the schedule of subsequent clients.
- No-Shows: Failure to show up for an appointment without notice may result in a non-refundable charge or restrictions on future booking capabilities.
3. Services & Satisfaction Guarantee
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional beauty services. While we do not offer refunds on services rendered, if you are unsatisfied with your results, please notify the salon within 48 hours. We will be happy to offer a complimentary adjustment to ensure you love your hair, granted the adjustment aligns with the original consultation scope.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pretty Place Beauty Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided. By receiving our services, you acknowledge that chemical treatments (such as coloring or perming) carry inherent risks to hair integrity. Clients are required to disclose previous chemical treatments and potential allergies prior to services.
5. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via our website or via email if applicable.
